The Globe Telecom Safe-Dial 1345/1300 product has been specifically designed for use within the security industry, for security companies that offer “Back to Base” alarm monitoring for their customers.
Each time a security system is turned on or off, is triggered by an event or is tested a call is sent from the alarm panel to the monitoring centre via the 1345 Safe-Dial service. Globe Telecom offers rebates on these calls at a level, that up until now, only the larger security companies with high call volumes have been able to receive.
